Terms and Conditions

General Agreement

By engaging in any business transaction with A1 GmbH, the company or individual acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
 

Payment Terms
The minimum payment term is 14 days from the invoice date, regardless of any shorter terms stated on the incoming invoice. If no specific payment term is agreed in writing, payment shall be due 30 days after the invoice date. A1 GmbH reserves the right to reject or delay payment of any invoice that does not comply with these terms.
 

Retention of Title

All goods delivered by A1 GmbH remain the property of A1 GmbH until full payment has been received.
 

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Flensburg, Germany.
 

Amendments

A1 GmbH reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued business engagement constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
