We at A1 Online Partners are searching for a motivated Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for our Danish, English and German customer service. And over time will be responsible for new markets/languages. You will be responsible for hiring and managing customer service agents and your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our customers by developing effective customer service procedures and setting customer satisfaction goals. An important task will be to find and resolve issues and making sure that they will not reoccur, ensuring the best customer journey for future customers.
Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
Hire and train new customer service agents.
Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.
Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
You have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
The ability to see and permanently resolve problems.
