To support our existing customer service, we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who is fluent in German, Danish, English, Swedish or Norwegian.
Customer service by phone and e-mail.
Competent contact to colleagues and customers.
Coordination and monitoring of customer orders.
Cooperation with the Complaints and Returns Department.
Various related activities.
You have successfully completed an education in the commercial field or holds a comparable degree.
You demonstrate skill in dealing with customers and suppliers.
You act independently and solution-oriented.
Customer satisfaction is the focus for you.
You like to work independently and analytically.
Your communication skills are at a high level.
Your knowledge of German, Danish, English, Swedish or Norwegian are very good/confident in negotiations.
