About the Role
A1 Online Partners is currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our global e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Your focus will be on improving performance, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting the achievement of our annual revenue and operational goals.
You will play a key role in boosting online sales by optimizing platform functionality, running targeted promotional campaigns, and using data insights to support product assortment strategies. Additionally, you will be the bridge between customer service, warehousing, and demand planning teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Regular analysis and reporting on key performance metrics will also be part of your responsibilities, helping to drive informed decisions across departments.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a background or active studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. You should ideally have prior experience in a similar e-commerce or digital marketing role, and a good understanding of how e-commerce platforms function.
You should be a proactive self-starter, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands are essential. We value creativity and strategic thinking—especially when paired with a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. You should feel comfortable working cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders from various parts of the business, adapting quickly to changes and contributing ideas that help the business grow.
